Delivery

The courses are supplied as a digital download

• Once you have checked out and made your purchase

• You will be sent a link from our website which contains your files

• You can download this and save locally

• The files will be enclosed in a Zip folder

• The files will be mix of MP3, MP4, Excel, pdf or Word files depending which course you have bought.

If you have any problems accessing your files let us know on producer@thethingswedofortax.co.uk and we will resolve the problem.

 

We highly recommend if you are planning to view or listen to a course with colleagues you check your downloads before your planned training session. We will help all we can but cannot solve problems with your technology. For instance check that you can run the file types we supply and they have not been blocked by your IT department.

 

Guarantees

If you are not 100% satisfied with any course you buy from The Things We Do For Tax Limited the full course fee will be refunded.
